1.To organize the community by establishing an association composed of target beneficiaries

2.To identify the number of beneficiaries

3.To identify focal persons for proper coordination
The CESA director, program coordinators and student organization officers will meet and discuss regarding the creation of an organization/association in the community.

A call for a general assembly of target beneficiaries will be scheduled.

The objectives of the association will be discussed during the assembly.

A memorandum of understanding will be signed between the association and ACC.
