​The audit was led by Lead Auditor Ms. Juvy O. Hamor, alongside Auditor Engr. Eugene Heradurra, Technical Expert Dr. Juvie Dela Cruz, and Trainee Auditors, Observers, and Guides Engr. Valentin Japzon, Dr. Agnes Limaco, Dr. Eleonor Bechayda, and Mr. Raymond Nocos. The institution was also accompanied and assisted throughout the evaluation by consultant Ms. Estrella Thea S. Bueneventura.
