• A. How to Register

  By on-line: Download Registration Form , fill it out, make your payment, then send the registration form and copy of the deposit slip to ac.acc.alumni@gmail.com. Mr. Richard H. Diocena, our secretariat/registration committee chairperson, will acknowledge your registration once all these requirements are complied with.

  B. How to pay for your registration

  Bank to Bank transfer payments , send to:

        (Important: Email us at ac.acc.alumni@gmail.com to inform us about your deposit so we can send you back our acknowledgement receipt or you can send the bank deposit receipt thru ACC Fax no. (036)268-4010.)

  By Cheque, please make them payable to Aklan Catholic College, Inc. Inform us through email at ac.acc.alumni@gmail.com so we can easily acknowledge. Use the following address if you will send by postal services or mail to:

  By Cash, pay directly to Aklan Catholic College Cashier at the Finance Office. Please inform the teller that it will be for the account 75th Diamond Jubilee Homecoming, please don't forget to take your receipt and inform us thru email: ac.acc.alumni@gmail.com. (You may also ask your friends or relatives to pay on your behalf).

  C. Registration Fee (Php 1,000 or US$20)

  The Fee package of only Php 1,000 or US$20 includes: ID, t-shirt, program, token and dinner during The Diamond Gala Dinner, ACC Grand Alumni Homecoming.
